Dr Sasaki was recommended to me by my PCP. I developed a web-like floater & knew this cound be a retinal issue. Dr. Sasaki saw me the same day I called. She did a thorough exam & referred me to a retinologist. The retinology appointment was made before I left the office to ensure I would be seen ASAP that week. Despite the office being in transition to a electronic medical record system, the wait time was short & the staff was very professional & friendly.

Dr Sasaki performed cataract lens replacement and two glaucoma prevention procedures for my right eye. She treated my left eye for shingles virus, breaking me in the next day when the problem occurred. I am continuing treatment with eye drops to lower eye pressure. Dr Sasaki and the staff have been very responsive for my eye care needs. Thanks.

I really like this office and my treatment provider. She was not only caring with a good bed-side manner, but very open, thorough and professional. The office very clean & well kept which also made me feel good about visiting the provider. She is a good surgeon as my surgery went very well.

Dr. Mok is quite knowledgeable. I was referred to her for a special procedure. She not only shows a great deal of respect for my concerns, fears and needs, she respects my time. I am not kept waiting for long periods of time. One day, when I needed to be seen immediately, I came to her office and got right in without an appointment. She is one of the finest doctors I have had the pleasure to be treated by.

I had Dr. Dri as Dr. Sasaki was out of the office for 2 weeks. I was satisfied with my appointment. I have a question concerning what type of cataracts I have? 1) nuclear cataract - center of the eye. 2) cortical cataract - wedge-shaped cataract developes at the edge of the lens instead of the center. 3) a posterior capsular cataract generally forms at the back of the lens, blocking light rays from reaching the retina. I would appreciate an answer.

I enjoyed the staff and Dr. Mok and their thoroughness. The only question I had was that the initial testing was less rigorous than I get in the optometrist's office - but I'm going back for more testing before cataract surgery so perhaps it's done in stages here.

The day after my 1st lens replacement color was like new and reading was great. Now after the 2nd eye life is in focus and in full color. Cloudiness is gone and so are my glasses Dr. Sasaki is amazing!!!!! Looking forward to the next 3 weeks as I fully heal and how much more improved my eye sight will be.

Dr. Steinmann is meticulous in his eye exams. He gives you information about your eyes--explains information that you might not understand. He is personable--very warm and friendly. I think this might be the 3rd time I have seen him. He is the same at each visit--informative and meticulous. He makes you comfortable through the whole process of the eye exam.
